 See You on the Dancefloor: Nudge Nudge Wink Wink Returns for a Summer Night of Music, Mischief and Meaning

Nudge Nudge Wink Wink is back in their beloved Shed at the Billinudgel Hotel, with the February edition bringing together amazing DJs, a joyful community, and a shared purpose that goes far beyond the dance floor.   An afternoon-into-night celebration of house, disco and left-of-centre dance music, Nudge Nudge Wink Wink continues its long-standing tradition of pairing world-class DJs with an atmosphere that feels both familiar and electric. It’s a proper Nudge Wink night where the music does the talking, the dancefloor does the bonding, and every ticket helps support something bigger than the party itself. Since 2015, Cunning Stunts has donated more than $445,000 to 41 local organisations, proving that the Northern Rivers knows how to party with purpose.

February’s Line-Up

February’s Nudge features a wonderfully curated mix of returning favourites and first-time Shed guests, exceptional DJs chosen for their ability to read a room, build a journey, and hold a dancefloor with care. It’s a line-up shaped by trust, experience and a deep connection to the Nudge Wink crowd.

DJ Kate Monroe, widely regarded as one of Australia’s most respected house DJs, returns to the Nudge Shed with the musical intuition earned over more than two decades behind the decks. Known for her seamless blends of soulful, vocal and deep house, her sets are precise, generous and emotionally tuned, quietly commanding a room and keeping it moving.  A true selector’s selector, Kate brings depth, warmth and unmistakable authority to the dancefloor. We’re thrilled to have her back for the closing set.

DJs Tokyo Sexwale (House Plant) make their Shed debut at this February Nudge Wink, bringing infectious energy and a sound that moves fluidly across house, disco, Balearic and club-leaning styles. The South African-born, Sydney-based brothers are known for dynamic, genre-spanning sets that adapt effortlessly to the room. Beyond the decks, they are the driving force behind House Plant, a thriving music collective championing local talent and community. Expect movement, momentum and a fresh pulse on the Shed floor.

Cunning Stunts co-founders and resident DJs Lord Sut and Dale Stephen bring their signature melting pots of curated dance goodness spanning Balearic, deep house, twisted disco and funk, alongside their much-loved edits. Their sets don’t just fill the Shed, they shape it, creating an atmosphere that is equal parts euphoric, playful and unmistakably Nudge Nudge Wink Wink.

Brunswick Picture House adds their signature surprise and delight moments throughout the evening, weaving colour, theatrical flair and unexpected joy into the night as only they can.

Dancing to make a difference: Northern Rivers Community Legal Centre (NRCLC)

Proceeds from both the January and February events will support the Northern Rivers Community Legal Centre (NRCLC), a charity Nudge Nudge Wink Wink is proud to partner with for the first time. NRCLC provides free legal advice, advocacy and support to people across the Northern Rivers, helping individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging moments, with a strong focus on supporting vulnerable and marginalised members of the community.
