Hello 2021, finally we can dance in this New Year and experience a New Nudge. Nudge Nudge Wink Wink has been reset for 2021. Celebrate a fresh dance restart for us all as you move, dance, connect and see old & new friends at the infamous Nudge Nudge Wink Wink.  

April’s line up will have you jumping out of your seat to attend! Your favourite Nudge and Curious DJ’s are bringing the heat: our residents Dale Stephen and Lord Sut, are joined by International star DJ Phil Perry and local ARIA awarded artist DJ Crucial D! 

LEFTFIELD‘s first UK tour DJ Phil Perry, the creator of the infamous London Sunday session FULL CIRCLE, Phil is renowned for his Acid House roller coaster of sound sensations! Originally conceived as an Ibiza-style chill out session Phil’s creation became the stomping ground for house and techno’s biggest DJs, playing to a loved up crowd that included clubland’s most influential movers and shakers. Carl Cox, Danny Tenaglia, Andy Weatherall, Terry Farley, and many more have all graced the decks at FULL CIRCLE.  We can’t wait to have Phil return to play his second Nudge Nudge Wink Wink  – yes!

DJ Crucial D Dave Carnovale a.k.a. Crucial D is a professional DJ in Australia and abroad for 20+ years. Depending on the event, he may drop anything from up-front dancefloor breaks, fat funk, afro-beats, hip hop, dancehall reggae, jazzy latin & soul beats, or any number of fusions.  He has played with some of the biggest in the biz: Gilles Peterson, The Plump DJ’s, Grooverider and Norman Jay, as well as supported The Fugees, Ben Harper, Galliano and Faithless plus more. Co-founder of Wicked Beat Sound System with sound engineer Damian Robinson, they released 5 albums, 7 singles, 22 remixes for other artists and were nominated for 3 ARIA awards including the 2003 Best Dance Release Award for ‘New Soul Breaks’. Dave is a local legend and we’re honoured to have him back in the shed!

Cunning Stunts resident DJs Lord Sut & Dale Stephen, our shed-a-licious sensations bring it every month!  Known to illuminate & rejuvenate you with their incredible selections and epic sets, they’ll take you on musical journeys that ensure you’ll be moving and grooving from start to finish!

Future NUDGING dates are Sat May 1^st, 2021 and Sat June 5^th to finish out our 2020/2021 season. We can’t wait to dance with you all!

In line with all conscious activities Cunning Stunts represent, a percentage of the cumulative profits from our Nudge Nudge Wink Wink and Curious events will be donated to local charities.  Cunning Stunts have donated $325,371 to 28 local charities through our Nudge Nudge Wink Wink and Curious events since December 2015, let’s keep that growing!

Nudge Nudge Wink Wink is a TICKETED monthly event running from September – June that brings the community together in an all-inclusive way, whilst raising much needed funding for beloved and deserving local charities that help improve the lives of Northern NSW residents. Food, entertainment, and an outside bar all contribute to this special monthly event.
