The Shed is calling! Nudge Nudge Wink Wink returns to the Billinudgel Hotel on Saturday 3rd October for seven hours of exceptional music, connection, unexpected delights and the unmistakable feeling of The Shed in full flight.

Since 2015, Cunning Stunts has donated more than $460,352 to 42 local charities, continuing its long-standing ethos as a true “party with a conscience.”

October’s Line-Up

October brings together a renowned guest from Sydney, exciting homegrown talent, the resident DJs who know The Shed inside out and plenty of Nudge magic along the way.

DJ Goodwill:  Coming up from Sydney, DJ Goodwill is a renowned name in Australian dance music, with more than three decades behind the decks. His landmark residencies include Home Nightclub, Chinese Laundry, Tank and Onelove, alongside appearances at Future Music Festival, Stereosonic, Summadayze and Splendour in the Grass.  Pete Tong championed his edits and remixes, leading to international dates at Pacha, Café Mambo and Space in Ibiza, Notting Hill Carnival and major venues across Brazil. He has also shared stages with Underworld, The Chemical Brothers, Daft Punk, LCD Soundsystem and Carl Cox. With a string of hugely successful Ministry of Sound mix compilations, more than a million CD sales and a national Saturday night radio show behind him, Goodwill knows exactly how to move a room. We cannot wait to welcome him to The Shed!

DJ Snow Monkey, a Nudge favourite, has loved house music since he was a cub. After building his vinyl collection in England and playing numerous DJ gigs around London including the Ministry of Sound he packed up his frozen backpack and moved to Australia where his DJ career took off. He played venues up and down the east coast from Canberra to Sydney on the Black Fly tour bus, The Northern Beaches to Newcastle and all the way up to Byron Bay.
He now resides in Crabbes Creek where there aren’t any ice pools but there are plenty of ice cold esky’s to dive into.  We can’t wait to go bananas in the shed again for Snow Monkey

DJ Lila Swain: Making her Shed debut, Northern Rivers DJ, singer, songwriter and producer Lila Swain brings fresh local energy to the line-up. Her recent work has taken her further into dance music through collaborations with Oceanvs Orientalis and Tijuana Cartel, while her project with Oceanvs Orientalis, Ton Voyaj, released its first single in August. Lila is also building a growing presence as a DJ, giving her sound another exciting outlet. We are thrilled to welcome her to Nudge!

Cunning Stunts resident DJs Lord Sut and Dale Stephen know every curve of this dancefloor.  As co-founders and residents from the beginning, they know when to tease it, when to stretch it out and when to let The Shed fly. Their genre-roaming sets create the musical thread that makes a Nudge night unmistakable.

Brunswick Picture House bring their signature ‘Surprises & Delights’ to the evening, adding colour, theatrical flair, playfulness and unexpected joy. Delights await.

Dancing to make a difference: Proceeds from the September and October events will support The Returning, an Aboriginal and women-led charity founded by Ella Noah Bancroft on Bundjalung Country in the Northern Rivers.  The Returning works to strengthen Aboriginal families, women, children and communities through culture, connection to Country, healing, food-system restoration, youth and cultural leadership and community care. At its heart, its work is about reclaiming Indigenous ways of caring for people and Country and creating stronger, culturally connected and self-determined futures for Aboriginal communities. We are honoured to support this important work.
